Testing with ICE for Cybersecurity Compliance

Finding ways to elevate procurement to the cloud has been difficult for agencies seeking SaaS solutions for Purchase Cards. Paperless Innovations has announced its Actus platform delivering RPA for approval workflows, audit readiness, and actionable data on micro-purchase activities.

Paperless Innovations has achieved an agency Authority to Test with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by demonstrating cybersecurity compliance in 104 security controls.

“The ICE Authority to Test is an indication of the secure P-Card automations now available for Agency relief from manual processes. As digital government continues to be a priority, including cloud solutions like Actus transforms MPT programs from document management to workforce automations increasing velocity and transparency to the compliance process.”

Mike Tocci, President of Paperless Innovations

Actus FedRAMP assessment is starting while agency testing kicks off. The FedRAMP program enables government adoption of cloud services in a standardized approach to security and risk assessment. Companies that achieve FedRAMP certification have demonstrated their ability to meet strict cybersecurity requirements to support national security.

Along with its security and privacy architecture on the back end, the Actus SaaS offers agencies the opportunity to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse by enabling tight control of Purchase Card procedures while benefiting employees with streamlined automated workflows.

“We are thrilled to support the ICE mission along with our subcontractor KECH Inc.,” said Tocci. “Our solution proves that a small business team can bring giant results for agencies.” KECH is a Woman-Owned Small Business and HUBZone specializing in omni-channel contact center solutions for government with past performance supporting Federal Civilian agencies and the Department of Defense.
